Having a safe place where you are as comfortable as possible is key to sharing hardships. I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I utilize parts language and the internal family systems modality to help you explore different inner conflicts. My favorite modality is compassion focused therapy because I believe everyone is deserving of love, care, and dignity. Overall, the modality and intervention changes on your needs and is person centered to the struggle at hand.
