Is my therapist in network with my insurance?

We can check our list to see if your therapist is in network with your insurance, or you can contact your insurance company to find out if your therapist is in network with your plan.

How do I know if my insurance will cover a service?

Why didn’t my insurance pay for the whole session?

You have out-of-pocket costs with your insurance, please contact your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-pocket costs.

Why do I have to pay a different amount sometimes?

How much you pay depends on if you have a deductible or not and if you have a co-insurance or a copay. If you have a co-insurance, you pay a percentage of what your insurance pays and the percentage paid can differ depending on the specific service you received. If you have a copay, you pay a set amount regardless of the service received. Please contact your insurance company to find out whether you have a deductible, co-insurance and/or a copay.

Why do I have a balance on my account when I paid it in full recently?

We typically only charge you for sessions that have been processed by your insurance that show a balance. When you paid your balance in full there were still sessions pending with your insurance, those have since processed leaving a new balance on your account
