Finding the right therapist for you or your child can feel like a challenge. As someone who is passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults, I strive to make therapy an experience that is both approachable and engaging for everyone. Through a warm and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space for open expression and exploration, empowering you and your child to take an active role in the healing journey. I believe that therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” process, which is why I bring creativity into our sessions, such as art, movement, and play to encourage self-expression and build on your strengths. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to find unique solutions that work for both you and your child.

Prior to landing at Therapy Today, I worked at a community mental health agency that served youth and families, many of whom were first-generation or had recently moved to the U.S. I gained experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and helping families struggling with life transitions, loss, and family conflict. While earning my Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan, I also served as a school-based therapist and worked alongside parents, teachers, school psychologists, and other professionals to help children continue to learn and grow.
