Social Worker

“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t” -John Green

Life is a pattern of highs and lows and we need to experience both highs and lows to grow to our fullest potential. My therapeutic approach is to create a safe place where everyone feels comfortable sharing their highest highs and lowest lows.

I have experiences in working with various populations. I started my journey as a therapist working in a psychiatric hospital and from their began providing homebased services, and then social work services in a school setting. My experiences range from helping children to adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, oppositional de ant disorder, and conduct disorder.
