Life can ony be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards. – Soren Kierkegaard

Reaching out for help to deal with the struggles of life can be scary. I applaud you for taking the first step in your journey. I like to think of therapy as a safe space to be you, the real authentic you.

I am passionate about working with individuals looking to improve aspects of life that are less than desirable. My goal for the client’s therapeutic process is to assist and support with understanding their needs, and coping with issues of communication, life stressors, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other needs. I use psycho-educational strategies and mindfulness-based practices to help you reduce your stress and anxiety while resolving issues.

Therapy is a partnership and you are the expert. I am here to help guide you toward your goals.

I received my Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Louisville. I have past experiences with family preservation, crisis, domestic violence, children, couples, older adults, and young adults. I am passionate about my work with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and more.
