“What we don’t need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human”  – Brene Brown

I specialize in a person centered approach. There is no judgement, just peace when we work through life together. I am a woman who believes people can change and just because a person makes a mistake, it does not “label” them.

I believe that with therapy comes great things and healing. A lot of the time I think of the lotus flower. The flower blossoms into a beautiful flower after it grows out of the mud. Therapy to me is a lot like this because we all start at the bottom, growing and healing and then we blossom.

While working with clients to help them achieve their goals I make sure they are comfortable and ready to work together on their journey and path of healing.

Throughout my career I have had the opportunity of collaborating with individuals of domestic violence, substance abuse, marriage and family counseling, trauma, grief and loss, homelessness and poverty-stricken communities. Most recently I have had the honor of working one on one with clients that are struggling with substance abuse, family counseling and reunification of families in recovery. I am very enthusiastic about families and unconditional love without judgment. I also currently enjoy working with custody and divorce matters as well as friend of the court.
