“Be gentle with yourself. You are doing the best you can.” — Paulo Coelho
My philosophy as a therapist is that each person is a unique individual that has the capacity for self healing and change. It is my goal to provide a safe space to come alongside, challenge, and encourage my clients to become more aware of their own thoughts, feelings, and reactions, while learning new strategies and coping skills. My hope is that, with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and compassion, I can help my clients move towards healing, growth, and discovery. I look forward to supporting my clients throughout their healing journey.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children as young as five. My experience is in addressing a variety of concerns including ADHD, anger, anxiety, career exploration, defiance, depression, divorce/separation, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, stress management and suicidal ideation.
