Kato Rundle

Kato Rundle, MA, LPC

Professional Counselor

I am a Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds towards positive growth and change. We all experience times in our lives that are challenging and moments that may seem difficult to overcome.

My goal is to provide a warm, safe, nonjudgmental and supportive environment to explore the issues and challenges individuals are experiencing. I strongly believe in the therapeutic alliance to help discover one’s strengths to bring about the changes one desires in their lives and to work together to reach their goals and create a fulfilling and meaningful life. I utilize an eclectic, client-based approach of various modalities. I also believe that humor is a valuable tool in therapy.

I have experience working in a private practice setting as an outpatient therapist, as well as a Case Manager and Mental Health Therapist in a community setting at various CMH facilities. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a mental health setting.
