I believe in a person-centered, non-judgmental, compassionate, reflective listening approach to treating clients. Incorporating the mind, body, and emotions to therapy to facilitate optimal mental health.
I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse population including various religions, gender identification, children, adults, couples, and families. I have worked as a Head Start teacher, Home visitor, and addiction therapist at a substance abuse facility, Community Mental Health, and private practice in the role of a psychotherapist.
