I call my approach “Skill-based Counseling & Coaching”, with the focus on teaching essential coping skills that many of us have not learned, and coaching clients as they use these skills in their life to make any desired changes. Once a client becomes good enough at practicing the skills, they can leave therapy with confidence in their ability to deal with whatever life brings their way.
In addition to both a bachelor and master’s degree from The University of Michigan, I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families from all types of backgrounds with a variety of issues.
