It is important my clients are comfortable with me and realize they are safe with what they are sharing. I will provide validation, positive and constructive feedback to help my clients grow. My goal is to help them work through their storms so they can come out the other side with empathy and understanding. I have worked with a variety of age groups ranging from adolescents to adults. I have served clients presenting with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, relationship issues and life adjustments.

I have worked with clients on ADHD, anger, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, depression, divorce/separation, domestic violence, family issues, grief and loss, life transitions, mood disorders, panic disorders, stress management, self harm, and suicidal ideations.
