“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.” – Brené Brown

Taking the first step can be difficult, but here you are – taking that step, being brave, and showing up for yourself. If you have been struggling with depression, anxiety, or life stress, I welcome you as you bravely choose to show up for yourself and make yourself a priority. My approach to therapy is person-centered and strengths-based, focusing on a psychodynamic approach to target what matters most to you.

I have worked as a social worker in a variety of settings from inpatient psychiatric care and community mental health, to providing school social work services. From my experiences within these settings, I have found strengths in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, school issues, and managing stress.
