My approach to therapy is person-focused and individually tailored just for you! I believe that therapy should be a collaboration between you and your therapist! This means that YOU get to be the expert on your own life, and I will do my best to use my professional skills and knowledge to work with you to find the solutions best fitted for your needs! One of the key components in therapy is the relationship between you and your therapist. I am excited to get to know you and work to understand the world through your eyes. I hope that through our collaboration, you will be able to heal, grow, and learn new skills that help you to reach your goals.

In the past, I have worked with kids, teens, young adults, families, and parents to help them grow, heal, and learn new skills! I have worked with a wide variety of people from different cultural backgrounds, religions, gender identities, sexualities and diagnoses including, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, Personality Disorders, Autism, Trauma and more.
